First time I ever wandered into the building, I believe. I was lost and a kind gal directed me downstairs through a cafeteria looking place. When I arrived at the print office, I was greeted very kindly and the folks there loved my dog. BONUS. I had a very brief wait and was generously assisted. From my knowledge, there was a remaining balance due for my cards. The gal who helped me at the desk said everything was taken care of. 10/10 would highly recommend this place! Oh, the prints turned out amazing as well.
