Do I have to be a university of Utah staff or faculty member to use your services?

No, we provide products and services to the public and of course, our students.

How do I order on your website?

You can order university products or upload your own files for print at uprint.utah.edu or for a tutorial on how to order, go to Video Tutorials and click on the video tutorial, “How To Order.”

How do I view past orders or reorder?

If you have an account, you can login to UPrint, go to My Account and find past orders to view or re-order. For a tutorial on how to find past orders or re-order, go to Video Tutorials and “How To Reorder.”

How do I get a user account or change/update my password?

If you are using the website to order visit, Video Tutorials and click on the video tutorial, “How to View Orders & Change Passwords.” Or give us a call at 801-581-6171.

How do I view invoices?

If you are using the website to order visit, Video Tutorials and click on the video tutorial, “How to View Invoices.”

How do I add a chartfield for billing? (University & UHealth users only)

How do I get a price estimate?

Use our online estimate request form choosing a service from this page and filling out the form. You may also email our customer service team at uprint@utah.edu with the details of your request and they will email or call you back.

Are there price breaks for ordering larger quantities?

Yes, in most cases printed paper products have better unit costs the larger the quantities. However, there are some U of U branded products and non-paper products that do not have price breaks when ordering large quantities.

How do I approve my PDF proof?

If you are using the website to order visit, Video Tutorials and click on the video tutorial, “How to Approve pdf Proofs.”

How do I upload my file(s) to be printed?

If you are using the website to order visit, Video Tutorials and click on the video tutorial, “How to Upload Your Own Design.”

How long does it take to complete my order?

Every order is different. Many jobs can be produced on the same day while some may take several days to complete. Let us know when you need your job completed and we’ll let you know what is possible.

What resolution should I create or save my photos or graphics?

300 PPI (pixels per inch) is the ideal printing resolution for quality. Designing a file in lower than 300 PPI may lead to blurriness and pixelation. Contact our team for more details.
