Package MailCenter Drop-off Locations
Shipping a Package
SMART MailCenter is the University of Utah’s official shipping and mailing service. All packages must be processed through University Print & Mail Services before shipping.
Please drop off packages at one of the locations below, or contact us to arrange a special pickup.
Important: Do not take SMART MailCenter packages to a FedEx or U.S. Post Office location. Packages dropped off there will be lost.
Our mail handlers will:
- Pick up your packages
- Measure and weigh packages for you
- Print your shipping label
- Provide your package to the Carrier

If you have questions about the service, please contact us at distribution@utah.edu or call 801-581-3930. Please leave a message if no one answers and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. You must have a University of Utah or U of U Health email account to qualify.
