I’ve said it many times before, but Santiago is AMAZING! My team LOVED how our white ink holiday cards turned out and it was a direct (albeit, delayed–he first showed me the white ink ages ago) result of Santiago always being eager to tell me about new equipment, to show me new ideas, and to help figure out how to take ideas from good to great.
