SendSuite is a FedEx shipping service provided by University Print & Mail Services that allows your department to ship packages directly from campus for rates up to 65% lower than retail prices.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR SENDSUITE
Signing up for a SendSuite account is easy.
Email us at uprint-accounting@utah.edu and we'll set up an account for you and email you your login and password information.

NEW FedEx Delivery HOURS
This memo is not related to SendSuite: FedEx is permanently changing their delivery times (reflected below). The changes push the delivery time back at least an hour.
The new delivery times might affect which shipping service you choose or how you package your shipments. For example, the original delivery time for Priority Overnight or International Priority packages was 10:30 AM but has changed to 12 PM. If you usually ship packages containing dry ice using either one of these services, consider adding extra dry ice to ensure the package's contents remain viable during the new hour-and-a-half delivery delay.

- Priority Overnight delivery time will move from 10:30 AM to 12 PM
- Standard Overnight delivery time will move from 3 PM to 4:30 PM
- FedEx 2nd Day AM delivery time will move from 10:30 AM to 12 PM
- International Priority delivery time will move from 10:30 AM to 12 PM
Print & Mail Services does not ship hazardous materials other than Dry Ice (UN1845), or Biological Substances Category B (UN3373).
If you are unsure a package contains hazardous items, contact Steve Natrop (801)581-5450 or Dana Parker (801)581-5300 from Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) for help packaging and labeling the shipment correctly, and to ensure it complies with the Department of Transportation.

SendSuite FedEx packages can be dropped off at our front desk (Mon. - Fri.) until 3:30 pm for Ground to go out the same day and 4:30 pm for any FedEx Express shipments. This is especially critical for packages with dry ice in order to ensure the viability of the package.
